On the Ground:
We were checked through until the final destination. All wr had to do is picking up our boarding passes.
Security control was a breeze. No queues and as Geneva has new equipment you could leave all your belongings (laptop, liquids etc) in the bags. Amazing how this little improvement makes things much easier.
Due to COVID all lounges closed.
Gate staff was nice and priority boarding was conducted.
On board, during boarding the crew distributed sanitizing towels. The seats in business class were already equipped with water bottles.
The Crew was good and friendly but not really attentive.
No German and English announcements made from the Cabin Crew for the welcome speech. But the speech itself were clear and well understandable.
Inflight:
The seats are comfortable and ok. The regular European Business Class with a 3/3 seating configuration where the middle seat remains empty.
After take off a warm croissant and drinks were served. This is more than sufficient for a 30 minutes flight.
As an inflight entertainment system solely the map and advertisement was shown.
No WiFi available.
The hop was short but the product was good. I would recommend Swiss.
