On the Ground:
I checked in with my mobile and travelled with hand luggage only.
I love Zurich Airport for their efficiency at the Security Check Points. Also this morning no queue at all at the security check we simply could go through.


Thanks to our Frequent Traveler Status with Swiss, we could use their Business Class Lounge. We wanted to try the new Alpine Lounge but unfortunately it is closed on Saturday and Sundays so we had to use the regular Business Class Lounge.
The Lounge was full but not overcrowded. Selection of Food and Drinks is good. They provided freshly made egg dishes which I saw for the first time.

 

Gate staff was present and boarding started even around 5 minutes late due to the late arrival of the incoming aircraft.
Agent was ok. Announcements way to fast and monotonous. Priority boarding conducted.

 

Inflight:
The seats are comfortable and ok. The seating configuration is 3/3.
Leg room is really good on this Airbus 319.

The cabin crew on this flight was friendly and motivated. They were present in the cabin but due to full house there wasn't a lot of time for them to interact with the customers.


Announcements were clear but way to fast.

As a snack a croissant was served. The snack is fully sufficient for the flight time. The snack was accompanied by hot and cold drinks.

 

As an inflight entertainment system the map and the advertisement film was shown on the small screens.
No WiFi available.

 

All in all, a good economy product with a pleasant crew.
I would recommend Swiss future travels.
