On the Ground:
We checked in the day before on the Swiss App.
As we had no bags to check-in for this weekend trip, we could skip the check-in at the airport.
As we had a very early morning departure (boarding 6:40AM) we basically arrived at the airport last minute.
We arrived at the airport terminal 35 minutes prior boarding.
Security control was more than okay with around 5 minutes waiting time for the rush hour in the morning. So there were no problems here.
Staff at Security Control on our lane was super unfriendly this morning. The must have been a former military drill Sargent. At least she behaved and yelled at passengers like that. I have noticed rgwr that especially the old agents and especially the old female security agents become worse and worse. They are pisses with their work and pissed with themselves and passengers are their outlet.

Emigration was no problem at all. No queue and we were able to almost walk through.

As already mentioned, we arrived closed to boarding time at the airport so we skipped the lounge and went straight to our departure gate.
The flight this morning departed from Terminal E which requires more time to get there anyhow.

Staff at the gate was friendly and priority boarding was conducted. Boarding started 2-3 minutes prior the indicated boarding time.

At the aircraft door we were greeted by the senior cabin crew member (Maitre de Cabine) and another crew member. The crew was super present and friendly whilst boarding.

As business class was almost full, the seats were already equipped with water bottles and refreshing towels.

Inflight:
I don't really like the super slimline seats on the Airbus 320neo family. The seats are super firm and do not really offer a comfortable flight.
Swiss offers the regular European Business Class with a 3/3 seating configuration where the middle seats remain empty.
Announcements of the cockpit crew were clear and understandable. They informed the passengers twice about the delay and the progress about it.
Also the announcement of the Cabin Crew were good. Slow and understandable.
After take off, a hot breakfast was served. The meal was very delicious and the food presentation looked good.
The tray consisted of a hot meal (omelette with potatoes and asparagus), fresh swiss cheese, a bircher muesli as well as bread, croissants with jam and butter.
The cabin crew was amazing. The MC in Business Class did an amazing job. He was super present in the cabin ans as it seemed like he was giving an introduction to a new cabin crew member.
Top customer service, attention to details and chatting with the guests.
The Swiss Airbus 320 family is equipped with an inflight entertainment system which consists of screens above every third seat row.
Swiss uses it to show the safety video, some advertisements and information as well as the most famous film in Aviation: "the map“.

No WiFi available on this flight.

As we had no bags checked in, we can not comment on the baggage delivery in Manchester.

All in all another great flight with Swiss.
