On the Ground:
I checked in with my mobile and had no bags to be checked.
No queues at the security check points.
I didn't use the lounge as it was way to early in the morning
Gate staff was super friendly, nice and efficient.
The flight was almost empty. Beside me there was just one other passenger on board.
On board, once we were on, the cabin crew distributed water bottles and refreshing towels.
Inflight:
The seats are comfortable and ok. The regular European Business Class with a 3/3 seating configuration where the middle seats remain empty.
We were 2 passengers on board an Airbus 320. I had the entire Business Class for myself, well basically almost the entire plane.
After take off breakfast was served. I almost got a first class service with special treatment during the service.
The cabin crew was friendly and efficient. Even I got a fantastic service once I finished with my tray they disappeared. No real interaction took place.
As an inflight entertainment system the map and the advertisement film was shown.
No WiFi available.
The hop was short but the product was good. I would recommend Swiss after this flight.
