On the Ground:
I checked in with my mobile and had no bags to be checked.
No queues at the security check points.

I didn't use the lounge as I was running late coming from a meeting.
Gate staff was super friendly, nice and efficient.

Boarding started right on time and priority boarding was conducted.

On board, once we were on, the cabin crew distributed water bottles and refreshing towels.

Inflight:
The seats are comfortable and ok. The regular European Business Class with a 3/3 seating configuration where the middle seats remain empty.

After take off a cold lunch was served. The food was super delicious and what amazes me is that Swiss changes the meals almost weekly.
I haven't had twice the same food.

The cabin crew was friendly and efficient.

As an inflight entertainment system the map and the advertisement film was shown.
No WiFi available.

The hop was short but the product was good. I would recommend Swiss after this flight.
