On the Ground:
I checked in with my mobile and had no bags to be checked.
No queues at the security check points.

 

I did use the Aspire lounge with my Aspire Lounge Card. The choice and taste of the food was really good.

 

Gate staff was friendly, nice and efficient.

 

Boarding started right on time. No announcement were made. Staff was yelling the priority boarding as well as regular boarding announcement.

 

On board, once we were on, the cabin crew distributed water bottles and refreshing towels.

 

Inflight:
The seats are comfortable and ok. The regular European Business Class with a 3/3 seating configuration where the middle seats remains empty.

 

After take off, a cold lunch was served. The snack was nice and tasty.

 

The entire crew was great on this trip. We received a departure slot of around 1 hour after the scheduled time of departure.
The captain did great with  informing and keeping  the customers informed. After about 45min delay we were able to leave.
The Cabin Crew was friendly and efficient. The Purser working in business class remained super calm and interacted with the customers during the delay and during the entire flight.

 

As an inflight entertainment system the map and the advertisement film was shown.
No WiFi available.
