On the Ground:
The day before my flight I got an email that my flight is cancelled and to contact Swiss or use their Facebook bot for rebooking. They cancelled around 100 flights that day so I expected some big troubles.
I tried the bot for almost 45 minutes but wasn't able to proceed as their bit crashed several times.
So I called the hotline and was surprised that someone picked up in less than 2 minutes and the friendly lady had me rebooked within 5 minutes. Well done Swiss call center.

 

 

I checked in with my mobile and travelled with hand luggage only.
Just a short queue at the security check with a waiting time of around 5 minutes. No problems at all.

 

I didn't use any lounge on this flight as I arrived only a few minutes prior boarding at the gate.

 

Gate staff was present and boarding started even 1-2 minutes ahead of the indicated time.
Agent was rather stressed.

 

 

Inflight:
The seats are comfortable and ok. The seating configuration is 3/3.
Leg room is really good on this Airbus 319.

 

The cabin crew on this flight was everything except friendly or motivated. They were simply present, more decoration.
Announcements were clear and understandable

 

As a snack a sandwich was served. The snack is fully sufficient for the flight time. The snack was accompanied by hot and cold drinks.

 

As an inflight entertainment system the map and the advertisement film was shown on the small screens.
No WiFi available..

 

 

All in all, a good economy product but unfortunately a really bad crew.
I would recommend Swiss future travels.
