On the Ground:
I checked in with my mobile and had no bags to be checked.
No queues at the security check points.
I did use the Aspire lounge with my Aspire Lounge Card. The choice and taste of the food was really good.
Gate staff was nice and efficient.
Boarding started right on time and priority boarding was conducted.
On board, once we were on, the cabin crew distributed water bottles and refreshing towels.
Inflight:
The seats are comfortable and ok. The regular European Business Class with a 3/3 seating configuration where the middle seats remains empty.
After take off, a cold snack was served. It was a Tuna Tartar which looked really nice.
As I had a snack in the lounge and as it was in the middle of the afternoon I choose to have a drink and coffee only.
The cabin crew was friendly and nice and interacted with its guests. He conducted a very professional service which was almost to slow at some points.
As an inflight entertainment system the map and the advertisement film was shown.
No WiFi available.
The hop was short but the product was good.
