On the Ground:
I checked in with my mobile and had no bags to be checked.
Very short queues at the security check points.

We used the Swiss Business Class Lounge thanks to our Frequenttraveller Status. Again no space to sir down and we had to wander around and play musical chair to jump on seats when someone got up. The lounge is to small and overcrowded.
The selection, quality and choice of food and beverages are great. Always something different to eat.

At the gate a nice announcement was done that boarding would be delayed for a few minutes. Then the boarding started and priority boarding was conducted.

There was no cabin crew in the cabin for boarding.

Inflight:
The seats are comfortable and ok. The seating configuration on this Aircraft Type is 3/3.
The seat pitch in economy class is good.

After take-off a sandwich and some drinks were served.

The crew was ok but none of them were interacting with the passengers on board. Service was done stoic and like robots. No smiles and completely bored.

As an inflight entertainment system the map and the advertisement film was shown on the small screens.
No WiFi available.

It showed once more that everything can rise or fall by the cabin crew.
