On the Ground:
I checked in online and needed to drop our bags.
Queues were long and the staff was suuuper slow and unmotivated.

There was no line at the central security and we were able to go through in no time. Staff at security was super unfriendly.

We went to the SAS Lounge in Stockholm.
Drinks selection is ok but the food selection in this lounge is simply and nicely said ridiculous.

Gate Staff was present and unfriendly. No priority boarding was conducted and no prio lane available.

On board, once everyone was on, the cabin crew distributed water bottles and refreshing towels.

Inflight:
The seats are comfortable and ok. The regular European Business Class with a 3/3 seating configuration where the middle seats remain empty.

After take off a full size tray with a hot meal was served. The meal was nice and the food presentation looked really good. It was a real Swiss breakfast.

The cabin crew was ok but nothing special. No interactions or smiles with the passengers. They were simply doing the service and then hiding in the galley behind the curtain.

As an inflight entertainment system solely the map was shown.
No WiFi available.

Just a basic business class product. I don’t know if that service which we received is worth the extra money. The services at the Airport (check-in / Lounge / Gate) for Business Class were a disaster and disappointing. On Bord the product was good and the Service ok.
I would recommend Swiss for this flight but next time I would just arrive shortly before boarding if possible with hand luggage only or simply book economy.
