On the Ground:
I checked in online without bags and went straight to the gate as I did not have a lot of time.

There was no line at the central security so I was basically able to walk through. Non Schengen flights leave from Terminal D and I had to go through passport control.

Gate Staff was nice, friendly and they had fun working.
Priority boarding was conducted.

On board, once everyone was on, the cabin crew distributed water bottles and refreshing towels.
The crew was very welcoming.

Inflight:
The seats are comfortable and ok. The regular European Business Class with 3 seats and free middle seat.

After take off a nice, delicious and great looking hot meal tray was served. Especially the BirchermΓΌesli was amazing.

Cabin Crew was doing a great Job. The Maitre de Cabine working in Business Class was simply amazing. She conducted her service with class, smiles and small talk with all the customers.

Inflight entertainment system consisted of β€žthe mapβ€œ on the main screen and that was it.
No WiFi available.

Thanks to the Cabin Crew who went the extra mile and conducted their job with love and pride, I have to say that this flight was among the top ones in Europe I had for a long time.
