On the Ground:
I checked in online with self printing baggage tags and went straight to the drop off counter.
There was no line at the central security and I was able to go through in no time.
Gate Staff was nice and friendly. No priority boarding as a bus brought us to the aircraft.
On board, once everyone was on, the cabin crew distributed water bottles and refreshing towels.
The Cabin Crew was very grumpy.
Inflight:
The seats are rather uncomfortable and there is no leg room. Same seatpitch as a low cost Airline with the exception I was in Business Class.
After take off a small breakfast was served. The meal was nice.
Cabin Crew was rather bad. The Senior Crew was not really able to speak German and even English wasn’t at a good level. The service was terrible and basically just thrown at you. No interaction, no friendliness, nothing. Service was finished 35minutes after takeoff. The crew had to sit in the Galley afterwards.
Inflight entertainment system is inexistent.
No WiFi available.
All in all a not worth to book Business Class if you get such a service. I would not recommend it.
