The Hotel is located 1 train stop from Vienna Central. The public transport is good and convenient. I wouldn't recommend to rent a car if you are just staying in Vienna.

The check in was good and friendly. The agent interacted with the guests and was very helpful. No recognition from the agent about the status.
As the hotel was fully booked I was lucky with our upgrade to a club room and all other Bonvoy Ambassador Elite benefits received.
Check out was ok too but minimal interaction from agent. No question if everything was ok etc.

The room was really nice. We were given a club room in the club building and they are comfortable and have a great atmosphere.
The Interior is rather timeless with some small modern accents.

The staff in the lobby bar were friendly and interacted with its customers. One of the best Mojitos in a long time.

Superb lounge with an amazing selection throughout the day.

Breakfast in the lounge was really good and tasty. Quality and quantity for a lounge breakfast was top.
Staff in the lounge could use some training. The gentleman in the first day was not even able to greet the customers who entered the lounge. His work attitude was below zero.

The pool and Spa is a disaster. They had a stunning photographer for their website pictures.
The pool area is old cramped and filthy. Way to much old sunbeds and even a wetrock cleaning machine is standing around. Dirty towels given out and super unfriendly staff. A complete no go.

I would definitely recommend this hotel and should I revisit Vienna I might come back.
