The hotel is located outside of Salzburg at the Lake of Fuschl. A car is needed to get around.

The check in was very professional and super fast.
Check out was the same pleasant way.
The front office staff is really nice. They are always smiling and greeting when passing the Lobby.

The room is nice, big and has a nice atmosphere with its two balconies.
Unfortunately the furniture is worn out and would definitely need replacement and some renovatios in the room are urgent.

Breakfast is very nice and served in the Jagdhof Restaurant. Food and products have a great local touch.
Staff has a great presence and they chat with their guests while doing a great service.

The Restaurant Jagdhof in the evening is a fantastic location to taste Austrian and local food.

The bar is located in the lobby and is refurbished sind new. They have a big menu and serve one of the best Mojitos we have ever had. Staff in the Bar is great.

Housekeeping at this property has a little problem and does need more training and guidance.

It was the second time we stayed at this property and unfortunately the Level of service has dropped. It is still a great property but you can feel the drop.
I would still recommend this Hotel for a nice Weekend getaway and we will go back too.
