The hotel is located very close to downtown Prague.
Lots in the vicinity can be reached by feet.(shopping center, restaurants & bars, museums and most of the famous sights)

The check in was very professional, fast and friendly. There was a great interaction with the agent.
Check out was the same way.
Front office staff was really nice.

The room was fantastic and has a nice atmosphere. The interior is in good shspe and they care for details.

Unfortunately I was only staying overnight and even that rather short. I was in the room for about a total of 7hrs and I didn't really have the time to use the outlets or anything in the hotel.
I basically just used it to sleep

I was at this property already several times and I think it has improved in customer service. I would recommend this hotel for future stays.
