The hotel is located only a few steps from Potsdamer Platz and the connection with public transport is good.

The check in was really good. Friendly, open and welcoming. The agent was interacting with the guests.
SPG / MR recognition was exactly according procedure (except no water bottles in the room, which was fine for me as tap water is drinkable) otherwise recognition was top and staff acted accordingly.
Check out was efficient and super friendly too.

The beautiful room we got was classic, comfortable and cosy.
The atmosphere was good.
The shower was amazing and the bathroom seemed renovated.

The lounge on the 10th floor was super busy during the evening snack hour. We couldn't find a seat so we went to the lobby bar for a pre dinner drink.
Staff at the lobby bar was super friendly and accommodating.

Breakfast in the lounge was good and the choice and quality of food was decent.
The lounge staff was super friendly.

We really liked the pool, sauna and infrared area at the spa.

The Marriott is definitely a good option when in Berlin and I might reconsider it as the Sheraton is no option anymore.
