Back again at this property.

The check in was conducted by a trainee who didn't know what he did. At the end the concierge came to help. But... The trainee remained calm,  professional and friendly.
Check out vice versa was super professional and really friendly.

The room was great, lots of windows and had nice atmosphere. I loved the balcony as it gives you the impression of an apartment.
The bathroom was great and the shower had an amazing pressure.

The bedding is top. Soft, light and fluffy duvets and pillows.

The lounge has also improved for dinner. There is finally a normal hot Dish beside the pizza.
Breakfast was good again and in high quality.

After several stays at this property I changed my hotel in Berlin as the service this Sheraton offered became way lower than standard.
This was now my second stay within a couple of days and again I can say that the service has improved. I hope they keep it that way.

If the service stays like my last 2 stays I would recommend this property again.
