The hotel is located in Sindelfingen which is about a 20 minutes drive from Stuttgart without any traffic. With traffic it can easily double as Stuttgart is politically ultra green and does everything to pis... off drivers and keep them away. So the Name Stuttgart Marriott Hotel Sindelfingen therefore is misleading
Sindelfingen itself is a typical small town in Germany with its charms.

The check in was really good and super friendly. The agent was interested, interacting and did an amazing job.
The Hotel strictly adhered to all Marriott Bonvoy procedures and all benefits received automatically.
Check out was good.


Staff at frontdesk was always helpful and friendly.

The hotel provided an outstanding customer service during our stay with lots of little extras and wows which we didn't expect.
General customer care is on a high level.

The Master Suite we received was stunning. The rooms have been newly renovated, just natural colors were used and a timeless modern furniture was integrated. The look and atmosphere is warm and homey.

On the second look unfortunately the room needs already some love from maintenance and housekeeping. If you let the faucet run in the bathroom, it is not only dripping from the drain/think it is actually running out of it and soaking the entire floor.
On my side of the bed the mattress was terrible and completely worn out.
The bedstead inclined on one site and the mattress was worn out so you banked constantly on one side whilst sleeping.

Breakfast in the lounge was good. The choice was rather on the smaller side but with good quality. The staff was ok, rather on the grumpy side. She didn't seemed to be really interested in what she did. No interaction with the guests and no smiling at all.

One night we had our dinner at the Steakhouse which is on the ground floor. The service there was outstanding and the quality of food was simply amazing.

The hotel has a small pool area which is ok to relax for a few hours.

All in all a great stay at this hotel. The property has some potential to improve in the lounge and some maintenance hickups in the room. We might reconsider it for future stays as it is better than the Le MΓ©ridien in Stuttgart.
