First of all, absolutely perfect stay.

And back again at this beutiful hotel which is located perfectly in downtown Berlin. A lot of the sightseeing can be reached within walking distance.

The check in was absolutely pleasant. The agent was super friendly, efficient and customer oriented.
Check out was at same top level.

The room once again was stunning. We were given one of the beautiful spa suites and they are comfortable and have a great atmosphere.
The Interior is rather timeless with some small modern accents.
The rain forest shower was top. The entire bathroom was wow...

BonVoy recognition was good. Unfortunately this property does not have a lounge and no welcome drink or voucher is provided. But everything else is exactly as per procedures or even better.

Breakfast was super delicious and the quality of food is top.
The hotel was at high capacity but the staff at breakfast was super relaxed, friendly and still took the time to interact with the customers.

Staff at the Relish Bar were friendly and interacted with its customers.
The food and drinks were nice.

The spa is simply to expensive with 129€ regular price for a 60 minutes massage.

We are staying at this property rather often and the service and quality they provide is usually on a high level.

This specific stay was at absolutely top level.
We really had the feeling of home away from home.
All staff members were amazing.

I would definitely recommend this hotel and I will be back for sure.
