Back again at this beutiful hotel which is located perfectly in downtown Berlin. A lot of the sightseeing can be reached within walking distance.
The check in was excellent. Super friendly, helpful and efficient. The agent interacted with the guests and almost all Bonvoy Ambassador benefits received and one even topped.
Unfortunately this City Westin has no Lounge. No Lounge compensation or drink vouchers offered.
Check out was high standard too.
The room once again was stunning. We were given one of the beautiful Junior Suites and they are comfortable and have a great atmosphere.
The Interior is rather timeless with some small modern accents.
The staff in the Relish bar and restaurant were friendly and interacted with its customers.
The food and drinks were nice.
Breakfast has gone down again. Staff was ok but nothing of the extra ordinary and what we hated the most, they have restarted again to reserve tables for breakfast.
You couldn't sit next to the windows as tables were reserved for hours with no people showing up. It had disappointed several customers who wanted to sit there.
Asking the responsible person why they restarted reserving tables she told us they actually don't. Well see one of the pictures.
We are staying at this property rather often and the service and quality they provide is usually on a high level.
I would definitely recommend this hotel and I will be back for sure.
