The hotel is located perfectly in Berlin and a lot can be reached within walking distance.

The check in and check out was super professional and welcoming. Agents are interacting with it's customers.
Staff at the front desk is always pleasant and helpful.

The room was stunning. It was comfortable and had a welcoming atmosphere.
The Interior is rather timeless with some small modern accents.
Housekeeping was standing in our room twice without knocking on the door and without any pre warning of the famous "house keeping". Both times they were just standing in the room.

The rain forest shower was top. The entire bathroom was wow...

This time the Team at the bar in Lobby had a super low performance.
We were at the bar twice and once the waitress was rather snobby and stressed and the second time after 15minutes waiting I had to get up and go to the bar to find some staff and to order the drinks.

We are staying at this property rather often and the service and quality they provide is usually on a high level.

I would recommend this hotel and I will be back for sure.
