Another fantastic stay at this property.
The hotel is located perfectly in Berlin and a lot can be reached within walking distance.
The check in and check out was super professional and welcoming.
Staff at the frontdesk was always pleasant and helpful.
The room is comfortable and has a welcoming atmosphere. It is cozy and it makes you feel at home. The Interior is rather timeless with some small modern accents.
The restaurant βrelishβ is simply top. We had a fantastic dinner there.
The food was simply delicious. The Lobby Bar/Restaurant is an oasis. There are always guests around and it is mostly full.
The staff in the restaurant as well as in the Lobby bar are the treasure of it. You can feel their pride in what they do and the teamwork works perfectly.
Breakfast is served on the first floor and the buffet looks and is delicious. The variety is great and there is something for every taste.
Some of the staff at breakfast need some more training in customer service and how to interact with customers.
We love the big indoor pool at the spa and the relaxation area. It is quiet and restorative after a long day.
Unfortunately the treatments are super expensive. One of the highest prices I have seen at SPG properties.
I would definitely recommend this hotel and I will be back for sure.
