The best Four Points by Sheraton I have ever been.
The check in and check out was super professional and welcoming.
Staff at the frontdesk was always pleasant and helpful.
The room is comfortable and has a welcoming atmosphere. The shower with the rainforest shower-head in the ceiling is amazing.
The bar is small but nice. The restaurant βeateryβ is simply top. We had twice dinner there. Once a fantastic buffet und once a la carte.
The food was delicious.
The staff in this restaurant is the treasure of it. Chefs are always present and the servers are stunning. You can feel their pride in what they do and the teamwork works perfectly.
The spa has some deductions in points because many things went wrong. Never the less the manager did an amazing job in recovery.
I would definitely recommend this hotel.
