The Hotel is located at the edge of the city center of Agra.

Professional checkin and friendly staff at front desk. Nice and efficient check-out.

The rooms are old fashioned but ok for a colonial style hotel.
They sell the room as a non smoking room but it definitely smells from cold smoke.

The Lounge is nice and no self service.

After the first drink we left the lounge and wanted to go back after changing in the room but we were not allowed in again for a second drink. When asking why we were told that after the first drink the bill is closed and we are not allowed in again.
This is the first Lounge doing so as with all the Lounges in other Hotels you can go in and out all the time.

The bar in the lobby has a warmer atmosphere but the staff is rather snobby and far from perfection of top hospitality. It gives the impression that serving customers is a must.

I asked to see one of the managers as I wanted to give them my feedback about the bar and lounge and I told them my missadisfaction.

The next day everyone tried to show what they can and even the GM took the Time to talk to us.
All managers confirmed that what we had to experience is definitely not their standard.
Our feedback was appreciated and you could feel that it was important to them.

The pool area was nice.

The spa and it’s staff was heaven and the spa facility is beautiful and big.

I would recommend this hotel for your stay in Agra.
