The hotel is located in the NCR business area.

The hotel has a massive staff issue.
The first 5 customer touchpoints, concierge at Airport, bellboy, security, and the 2 guys at the reception do not greet you. Handsign is what they do.

Checking in was a desaster. First of all I was checked out by my clothing (came from a flight and had jeans and shirt) like what the hell are you doing at the preferred check-in. So the guy asked someone from another desk to check us in.

As I wanted to give a feedback we asked to see the front office manager who again made it available to talk to the operations manager. I think the management knows what they do but they will be unable to perform with this staff.

Going for dinner in the restaurant. The food was nice but most of the staff again have no idea what they do. Traymats for example were just turned around instead of cleaning.
The bar is ok.

The Lounge is new and nice. The choice of F&B is good and the staff is friendly.

The room is really nice and stylish. The light Concept is great and it gives a nice atmosphere.
The welcome letter as well as the platinum 1 mocktail voucher were delivered to the room at around 22:30.

Sleeping was impossible during our stay as a wedding was going on.
I tried to call the reception 3 times but nothing happened.

I would definitely NOT recommend this hotel. There are better options in Delhi even from the LeMΓ©ridien brand and not talking about all the SPG options.
