The hotel is located in Jimbaran which is around 25 minutes drive from the Airport.

 

The check in was really good and super friendly. The agent was interested, interacting and did an amazing job. She did some small talk throughout the entire process of check in.
The Hotel strictly adhered to all Marriott Bonvoy procedures and all benefits received automatically.
Check out was really good too.
Staff at frontdesk was always helpful and friendly.

 

The Penthouse Suite we received was stunning. The rooms itself was good. It was held in bright colours with some red and blue accessories.
Looking closer you could see that the furniture and equipment was dated and will need a replacement/renovation soon.
On the roof top of the penthouse suite is a terrace with an own private swimming pool. This was simply amazing and wowww.

 

Breakfast is served in the Bamboo Restaurant.
It was simply amazing. The choice and quality of food is great. What we liked most, all egg dishes are prepared fresh for each guest, including scrambled eggs. In doing so we had the most fluffy and scrambled eggs in a hotel in a long time.
Staff is super welcoming and friendly.

 

We had our dinner at the Bamboo Restaurant which is on the property. The service there was outstanding and the quality of food was simply amazing.

 

The main pool area is in the courtyard of the hotel. It is quite big and has an own poolbar.

 

The spa is big and offers a lot of treatments. We had an hour massage right after arrival. The treatment was great and both of us doze off.

 

We do regret of just having stayed one night. The service is awesome and you feel home away from home. Amazing service.


We would definitely come back.

 

All in all a great stay at this hotel.
All the staff is simply amazing and does an outstanding job in providing excellent customer service.
The property itself is super nice. The rooms itself are in good condition and need a little love from maintenance but the outside has already a few traces of usage.
