The Property is located on Sentosa Island which is a tourisic attraction in Singapore.
We have been to Sentosa a couple of years ago. The whole island seems run down and not well maintained.
You can reach downtown Singapore and it's attractions by public transport or taxi only.

The check in was good with a very friendly and very efficient agent. Checkout was ok.
All Marriott Bonvoy benefits received.
They will offer you a small paper cup of infused water when arriving. Nice gesture but a paper cup which airlines give you to brush your teeth in a 5 star hotel and then paper cups? They could easily use a glass.

This Hotel would have a great front side with an amazing driveway. No, they have closed it and moved to reception to the back entrance of the building where you feel like courier. Old front desk still at place but unused and camouflaged as a useless business centre.
Beautiful fountain in front of the Hotel is completely dry.

The suite we got was nice. They are comfortable and have a great atmosphere. The interior is mostly wood and light colours. The living room is super dark as no windows.
The bathroom is nice and big. Nice bathtub and a big walk in shower.
As a nice gesture we got a welcome gift in the room. Sorry but 3 Apple's on a plate?
The room wasn't the cleanest. The outlet of the air-condition was disgusting and at all higher levels (pictures, lamps and shelfs) you could see the dust. Windows were super dirty.

The pool looks much better on the homepage than in real. It is in the courtyard with no sunshine except exactly over noon with no umbrellas. The buildings around are super close. In total 4 sunbeds available.
Also here the fountain is not working and super dry.

We wanted to order a drink at the bar but no one was there. You could see on the right there is a meeting room. In the room there were old dishes, material and decoration piling up and it looked so messy and dirty.


So we went to the other side to the restaurant the latest recipe. We were able to order our drinks and wanted to sit outside on the terrace. At the backend a wooden crate where they store some kitchen and restaurant staff. The tables were dirty and filthy. They were full of bird poo and other undefinable things.
As it was so disgusting for a 5 star hotel we left....
The staff doesn't seem to be interested at all and couldn't care less.

Breakfast was also served in the latest recipe.
We were somehow pessimistic about that place.
The first table they wa tef to place us was dirty too. So we were given another one.
Breakfast itself was nice and the quality of food was good. The buffet was nicely presented.

This hotel has a big issue with the cleanliness of their F&B outlet as well as the inactivity of the staff. They don't seem to care it is dirty!

Fire safety wise they have a big issue with the former main entrance door. The door opens inward instead of pushing it open. In case of a crowd pushing to the door it will be impossible to open it inward and escape safely.

All in all a disappointing stay. The room was ok, but all the rest needs to improve dramatically.
Especially the cleanliness of the hotel is below anything.
It seems the hotel has no money and costsaving matters have saved them to death and way below any Le MΓ©ridien standard. They are running on minimal/reduced costs.

I would not recommend this hotel. It is not a 5 star property, dirty and not worth the money they are asking.
