In my eyes the Vana Belle is more than 5⭐ property.
Every, but really every single associate we met or saw was going the extra mile for every single customer. This is customer service and Thai hospitality at its best.
I would like to say thank you very much to all of them who made our stay extraordinary.
Simply amazing.

The hotel is located at Chaweng Noi Beach. Whilst touring the Island we were lucky we choose the Vana Belle as in our eyes it has one of the most beautiful and cleanest beaches.
Chaweng Beach can be reached easily with a taxi in a couple of minutes and you are in the middle of shopping, nightlife, Street food etc.
Just outside of the hotel are a few local restaurants.

The check in was simply amazing and perfect. First the agents at the reception interacted with the guests, were smiling and welcoming. The welcome ceremony is something special, personal and emotional.
The real check in was performed in the lounge/bar in a relaxed and pleasant atmosphere with a drink and cold towel. Afterwards we were escorted to the Villa.
Checkout was stunning and professional too.
Every time we passed at the front desk or had some questions the staff was there to help. More important everything was done with a hearty smile and you couldn't walk by unrecognized by them.

The tropical pool villa we were given was absolutely stunning.
Lots of natural light thanks to big windows and a great homey atmosphere. You could open the curtain in the morning and watch the sunrise over the sea. You could access your private pool from both the balcony and terrace. The villa was perfectly nestled in the green with ocean view and infinity pool.
The interior is modern, super functional but still timeless and classy.

With the villa we were fortunate to get a Butler service. And wooow, he was amazing. He organized everything for us and was perfectly present unpresent. It means that you couldn't see him but if you only got the thought you could need him he was present.

The breakfast in the restaurant was simply outstanding.
First of all the restaurant did not feel as a restaurant. It felt more as a cosy living/dining room with its interior and the size.
Breakfast was served in buffet style with many many choices a la carte.
The quality of food was delicious and everything was freshly prepared. Absolutely top top level.
The staff was simply stunning.

The lounge/bar was always a breezy great spot to take a drink, chill and just let your thoughts wander whilst looking over the see.

The pool area is great. The pool has a decent size with an integrated jacuzzi. You have lots of options to choose from where you want to relax. There are the cabanas in the water, regular sundeck with umbrellas as well as the beach with umbrellas or the island feeling under palm trees.
The pool staff was amazing and always there to help with towels, change locations or simply for a nice chat.
The pool bar staff was always super attentive and the drinks and snacks were really good.

The Thai restaurant is absolutely outstanding and I have had the best Thai food since I am traveling to this country.
Absolutely fresh, authentic and prepared with the best ingredients.

If I could I would have loved to extend my stay. This stay ranks in the highest levels I have ever experienced in hospitality.
I would definitely recommend this hotel.
