First and foremost before I start with my review I would like to thank the entire staff of the Marriott Sukhumvit Bangkok they are the treasure of this Hotel.
Every, but really every single associate we met or saw was going the extra mile for every single customer. This is more than 5⭐ hospitality and a big big thank you to
all of them. Simply amazing.
The hotel is located at Sukhumvit Road and Thong Lo station of the BTS Skytrain is only a few steps away.
Thanks to that connection you can reach everything in a couple of minutes.
The check in was simply sensational and perfect. First the agents at the reception interacted with the guests, were smiling and welcoming. The real check in was performed in the room as we got
escorted.
Checkout was stunning and professional too.
Every time we passed at the front desk or had some questions the staff was there to help. More important everything was done with a hearty smile and you couldn't walk by unrecognized by them.
The executive suite we were given was absolutely amazing. Lots of natural light thanks to big windows and a great homey atmosphere.
The interior is modern but still timeless.
The breakfast in the lounge was the best I have seen in a long long time. Some hotels don't even have such a buffet for regular breakfast.
The snacks in the evening were really good too. The choice changed every single night and you could find snacks for everyone's taste.
The quality of food was delicious and everything was freshly prepared.
The Lounge staff were simply stunning.
The octave bar is located on the 48th floor and hence on the rooftop of the hotel. It has this complete wow factor. 360 degrees view over Bangkok with delicious drinks, great staff and good music.
The pool area isn't big but we never had any issues to find two sunbeds. The pool is great in size and location on a big balcony with lots of green and trees.
The pool bar staff was always super attentive and the drinks and snacks were really good.
I have stayed already at several other hotels in Bangkok but the Marriott Sukhumvit became my favorite. I haven't experienced such a fantastic and hearty hospitality in years.
I would definitely recommend this hotel.
