In our eyes the Sheraton Senggigi Resort is more than a 5⭐ property.
Every, but really every single associate we met or saw was going the extra mile for every single customer. This is customer service and Indonesian hospitality at its best.
I would like to say thank you very much to all of them who made our stay extraordinary.
Simply amazing.

The hotel is located at Senggigi Beach. It is around an hour drive from Lombok International Airport. If you travel from Bali to Senggigi/ Lombok you can also take the boat to Senggigi Port.
Senggigi itself is a bay with a small village. Just outside of the hotel in the village are a few restaurants and shops.

The check in was simply amazing and perfect. We were welcomed by the GM, the Operations Manager as well as the Marketing Communications Manager and a huge team.
The check in was handled in a relaxed and pleasant atmosphere with a drink and cold towel. Afterwards we were escorted by the super friendly agent to the Villa.

Checkout was stunning and professional too.

Every time we passed at the front desk or had some questions the staff was there to help. More important everything was done with a hearty smile and you couldn't walk by unrecognized by them.

The beach villa with pool we were given was absolutely stunning and we were speechless.
Lots of natural light thanks to big windows and a great homey atmosphere. You could open the curtain in the morning and watch the sunrise over the sea and your own garden with pool, which could be accessed directly from all rooms.

The villa was perfectly nestled in the green with ocean view and the biggest private pool and private garden I've seen in a hotel so far.
The interior is not the newest anymore but it is classy with some modern and colorful accents as well as super functional and timeless. The room as well as the furniture is well maintained. The Villa consists of a Master Bedroom with a king-size bed and a master bathroom which is bigger than many Deluxe rooms in other hotels. There is a big living area and on the other side is another bedroom with two single beds and an own big bathroom. In addition you have a pantry as well as a half bathroom for daily use.
In the garden there is a Club House with a big lounge to relax and a table to sit, play or eat.
You can either have all floor to ceiling windows closed and switch on the air-condition or have all windows open and use it as a Lounge in the Garden as we did.
The Garden is super private and no one can see inside. You have an own direct beach access from the garden.
The perfect place to relax, unwind and let your soul dangle.

The breakfast in the Kebun Anggrek restaurant below the lobby was simply outstanding.
First of all the restaurant did not feel as a restaurant, it felt more like a market with all different departments and stations.
You sit outside on the patio and enjoy a great and relaxed start into the day.
The quality of food was delicious and everything was freshly prepared. Absolutely top top level.
The staff was simply stunning.

Senja restaurant serves lunch and dinner by the beach and it's menu is structured with Indonesian cuisine.

The food is simply amazing, tasty and has an excellent quality. You can choose a la carte or there are two special menus to try and taste the incredible Indonesian cuisine.
Absolutely fresh, authentic and prepared with the best ingredients.
On Saturday they serve the Fisherman Night Buffet at the Beach in front of Senja. This buffet is a must for every Fish- and Seafood lover.
The buffet / dinner is accompanied by a live band with great music.

Next to the pool is the Bawang Putih Restaurant. The menu in this restaurant is held Western/International style.
On Friday they have the T.G.I.F barbeque buffet with a live band playing in the background.
If you need a change from Asian food we can highly recommend this place.

In addition the hotel has a small menu with snacks and food which is served around the pool.
There is a real poolbar with barchairs in the water. A nice place to sip a cocktail, a cold beer or like in our case a nice Mojito 🥰.

The pool area itself is super big. The main pool has a decent size and they have a corner for kids as well as a separate baby pool.
There are as well sunbeds on the beach and cabanas throughout the entire property and park.
You have actually lots of options to choose from where you want to relax.
The pool staff was amazing and always there to help with towels, change locations or simply for a nice chat.

The pool bar staff was always super attentive and the drinks and snacks were really good.

The Laguna Beach Spa is located next to the park and as the name says directly on the beach.
They offer a big variety of treatments. We went to a massage every day and tried 4 different treatments. The therapists are amazing and have a perfect training. They know exactly what they do and after 90 minutes of a Balinese Massage you feel reborn. For us, massage is a must to relax and enjoy vacation and we can fully recommend this spa.

The Hotel isn't the newest anymore, it has its age but is very well maintained and taken care off. I would describe it as an old grand lady with care and class.

But there is something else I would like to especially point out
The employees are the treasure and secret of this hotel. Every single associate is engaging with customers, goes the extra mile and makes an amazing job. The customer service you get at this property is second to none.

Thank you to every single employee who has made our stay an unforgettable experience.

If I could I would have loved to extend my stay. This stay ranks in the highest levels we have ever experienced in hospitality.

I would definitely recommend this hotel.
