First of all an absolutely great stay.

The Property is located in Nusa Dua which is a tourisic compound about 30 minutes from the Airport.
Nusa Dua caters all touristic needs. The properties are at the beach and there is Bali Connection. Bali connection is a shipping and dining area with hundreds of shops and restaurants and bars. Bali connection can be reached with a walk along the Beachfront or by Bus/taxi.

The check in was good with a very friendly agent. Checkout was ok.
All Marriott Bonvoy benefits received.

The room once again was stunning. We were given one of the beautiful pool suites. They are comfortable and have a great atmosphere with lots of Balinese decor.
On the terrace we had our own pool and sunbeds. A big asset and retreat for privacy.

Breakfast was super delicious and the quality of food is top. It is served in the Seasonal taste restaurant.
For the size of the hotel they do an absolutely amazing job. The staff at breakfast was super relaxed, friendly and still took the time to interact with the customers.

Our favorite F&B outlet was the Ikan Bar and restaurant by the beach.
Customer service was stunning and the staff was always present and had fun and interacted with the guests. The food and drinks were nice and in the evening you have the possibility to smoke a shisha a the beach.

The hotel is offering everyday a Tea Time for its Marriott Bonvoy core customers. The guest and loyalty manager and it's team is always present and they try to fulfil every customers wish.

The heavenly spa is simply heavenly and amazing. It is one of the best spas we have ever been and we highly recommend to take a treatment there.

All in all a great stay. Considering the size of the hotel and property the staff does an amazing Job. They customer service you will get is on a high and personal level. Everyone is working with passion and with their heart.

I would definitely recommend this hotel and I will reconsider it if back in Bali.
