The hotel is located on the Docklands in Melbourne.
Lots in the vicinity (shopping center, Docklands restaurants & bars) can be reached by feet and the free city circular tram (Nbr 35) stops right in front of the hotel.

The check in was very professional and super fast.
Check out was the same way.

The front office staff is really nice and does great interaction with the guests.

The room is nice and has a nice atmosphere. The hotel is only approximately a year old and everything is still new and fresh.

They have a very nice buffet for breakfast with a great choice of fruits, cold cuts and pastry. Hot items have changed daily during our stay

The bar is located in the lobby and has, typically for a four points, a great choice of beers. They have a drink and snack card as well. We tried 3 nights to get a Mojito but they never had mint even the drink was in the menu.

During our first breakfast the staff was running around like headless chickens, were stressed and had no idea what to do.
I gave the feedback to the management that the stress and disorientation of the staff transmits to the guests. The next 2 days they really tried and it was great to see the improvements even they have a longer way to go.

The hotel has a great heated outdoor pool on the 7th floor next to the gym.

I would recommend this hotel for a stay in Melbourne. The location is great and the rooms are new.
