Back at this property after a long time.

The hotel is located outside of Barrie and you definitely need a car to get around.

The check in and check out was good. Unfortunately during check in my reserved room type was not available and they wanted to downgrade me. I then asked the check in agent if she was serious. The front office manager came and solved the issue promptly.

Staff at the front desk was really nice. Top customer service from all of them. Every time you passed them they greeted friendly

The room was ok. The look is rather cold and a little shabby. Carpet and most parts of the hotel could use some love from housekeeping and cleaning.

The staff are the bar was really friendly and was interacting with the customers.

All in all it was an ok stay. Staff was great but hardware was ok
