This is the first time we are staying at this property.
The Hotel is rather old but really well maintained. You can see that housekeeping and maintenance is doing a fantastic job in keeping the aged hotel going.

The hotel is located far from everything and you definitely need a car.

The check in and check out was really good.

Staff at the front desk is nice and well trained. Top customer service from all of them.

The room was absolutely stunning for a North American Four Points Hotel.
Really cosy and great room.

Lobby is rather old and so is the restaurant and bar.
Staff for breakfast was a disaster. Unfriendly, snobby and no idea from customer care.
On top she had no idea what was on the menu.

All in all it was a good stay and I would recommend the hotel if you are staying in the Niagara Falls area.
