The hotel is located close to Toronto Airport and has an own Shuttle running every 30 minutes.

The check in was conducted by a new employee or an intern as she had no idea what to do and was not able to answer my questions. At least she was friendly!

Check out was a nightmare and desaster. The duty Manager told me straight in the face that I would be a liar.
I complained about a phonecall to my room at 3AM and unwanted people (Escort) knocking at my door at 3:30 AM.

This Hotel has a safety issue (people getting in and out without being guests) and forwarding phonecalls in the middle of the Night.
When explaining that to the duty Manager whilst checking out he tells me that I would be lying.

The room would have been newly renovated as was the entire hotel.

I would definately NOT recommend this Hotel. There are better choices around Toronto Airport, some even from SPG.
