This is the first time we are using this property in Toronto.

The hotel is located about 20-30 minutes north of downtown Toronto.

The check in was ok but nothing dpecial. The agent interacted with the guests but she was doing it like a robot.
Checkout was good.
Staff at the front desk is nice but you can feel the artificial friendliness.
SPG rules not strictly followed.

The room was ok but nothing special. It isn't the youngest interior anymore but it is nice maintained. The corridor to the room and the carpet were disgusting.

The lobby and the restaurants/bar looked like they have received an update already.

All in all it was ok. The rooms are not really Westin standard anymore and they definitely need an update.

If you are staying for a night north of Toronto you can't go wrong with the hotel if you are not expecting something fancy.
