The hotel is located downtown Dublin and almost everything can be reached within walking distance.

The check in was ok but nothing special or really welcoming.
Check out was a little better. Staff just does a stoic job and without passion.

The room had a great atmosphere. Interior and design is simple with a minimalistic touch but it is welcoming. The wooden elements give it a cozy and homey feeling

The bed was really comfortable and I loved the cozy duvet and pillows.

The bar is nice and the Mojito was excellent. Unfortunately the bar was almost empty both nights. With the size of it, it gives you the feeling of being lost.

Breakfast was amazing with a stunning buffet and a great choice. The setup made it look even better and the small decoration and antique items gave it a great touch.
Staff at breakfast was ok and they tried to make a nice atmosphere.

The hardware of this Hotel and the product is on a high level. The software (staff) is ok.
Staff could use some additional motivation. Hardly non of them is really smiling or going the extra mile. They just do their jobs. It is sad to see this as the hotel has much more potential if the staff would pull in the same direction.

 

All in all it was a great stay with a solid product and I would recommend this Hotel for stays in Dublin.
