The hotel is located very close to downtown Warsaw.
A lot in the vicinity can be reached by feet.(shopping center, restaurants & bars, museums and most of the famous sights)
The check in was ok. The agent wasn't the friendliest but she tried and was trying to interact with the guest. The gesture counts.
Check out was a disaster. Staff using mobile phone and writing text messages whilst checking out.
The club room I got was cosy and comfortable. Lots of natural light and it has a great atmosphere. As the hotel has been renovated the interior is almost brand new.
I really love the new colors, prints, style and furniture of Sheraton.
The lounge this time wasn't so overcrowded as last time. As last time there was no dinner I did not even try it this time.
The breakfast in the lounge was really good. The quality of food was delicious.
Staff in the lounge is so so. This time they had a trainee and everytime you went to the buffet she cleared the whole table. I had to use different coffees and sets of cutlery to finish
breakfast.
This stay was much better as last one and hence the higher rating.
I have still the opinion that the Sheraton Warsaw is better for leisure travel and the Westin for business.
