Back at this property after about 1 year.
It has been fully renovated.

The hotel is located very close to downtown Warsaw.
A lot in the vicinity can be reached by feet.(shopping center, restaurants & bars, museums and most of the famous sights)

The check in was ok. The first trainee agent couldn't find my reservation and then someone stepoed in to help. No big interaction of the and friendly is definitely different.

Check out was impossible as the system was down.

The room was amazing, lots of natural light and it has a great atmosphere. As the hotel has been renovated the interior was was.
I really love the new colors, prints, style and furniture of Sheraton.

The lounge is renovated but way to small. It was so overcrowded. Dinner/Snacks in the evening is nothing. They have a few little canapes, snacks and chips.
The breakfast in the lounge was really good. The quality of food was delicious.
Staff in the lounge is so so. Friendliness is definitely different. Let's say they are present.

This hotel is so so. Let's say absolutely great hardware such as rooms, lounge, lobby but the software (staff, food etc) could need some details.

In my eyes this hotel is good for leisure travel but not really for business travel.
