The hotel is located very close to downtown Warsaw.
Lots in the vicinity can be reached by feet.(shopping center, restaurants & bars, museums and most of the famous sights)

The check in was ok, fast but not the friendliest one. The agent seemed busy and hectic.
SPG rules were not followed.
Check out was much better and the agent interacted with the guests.

The room was good, lots of natural light and it has a nice atmosphere. The interior was in good shape.

As the weather was super nice I tried to go for a drink outside on the patio. After 15minutes not being served and the waiter passed twice I gave up and went somewhere else.

The breakfast and staff in the lounge has reay improved compared to other stays.
The quality of food was really good and the waitress and staff was super friendly.

I was at this property already several times and I would recommend this hotel for future stays.
