The hotel is located almost downtown Porto.
The famous old town and bridge can be reached by a nice 45min through the city or with a 10-15min Cab ride.
There are different restaurants and bars around the Hotel.
The check in was one of the best in a long time and professional, friendly and super fast.
Check out was on a high level too.
In fact the front office team was absolutely great and professional. Haven't seen such a top team the last year.
The room was simply stunning and has a fantastic atmosphere. The interior is in good shape and and it is am mix of modern and classic style.
Breakfast was great in quality and choice. The staff at breakfast for my first 5 mornings was stunning. Always friendly, smiling and always one step ahead of the customer.
The staff I had this morning was a disaster. You could see that they didn't feel like working and were rather cold and harsh with the guests.
The Bar is super modern and the staff was welcoming.
The Mojito was top and I had dinner once which was good too.
The lounge is left out at this hotel. All public areas are nice and modern, friendly and open.
The lounge is small, old and uncomfortable.
There is no real food except some hot and cold snacks. The hot snacks choice is for a children's birthday party and the quality is worse than in a fast-food restaurant.
The spa and gym is massive. The treatments are rather expensive.
The pool, sauna and steam bath area is nice. The rest area is really small and is super busy. There is no real feeling of relaxation. Strange wise there is a nice and big empty bar at the spa but
you can't order any drinks to your chair.
All in all absolutely great customer service in a great property and nice hotel.
I would definitely recommend this hotel for future stays and will come back myself.
