We knew that the hotel is located in the green between Richards Bay and the Hluhluwe Imfolozi National Park.
Closest city is Mtubatuba.
You will definitely need a car to get around.

The check in was super. The Agent was friendly and interacted with the guests.
All staff were smiling and you felt a hearty atmosphere.
Marriott Rewards recognition was absolutely top. We received even more than expected.

Check out was the same great experience as check-in.

The family suite we got was massive and nice.
It's interior is super colorful and a mix from different furniture.
Never the less the room was comfortable and cosy and the atmosphere was good.
The bathroom was big with tub and a great shower.

Breakfast was good and the choice and quality of food was great. We were allowed to choose the hot items from the menu.

The pool area could need some love. When we got there, everything was closed. Lots of tiles are missing and the pool itself has already seen better times.
The sun chairs and umbrellas were already new.

The treasure of this hotel is it's staff. Everyone we encountered was smiling, interacting with the guests and spread a hearty atmosphere.

If you consider the location of the hotel, it was a great stay and we will definitely reconsider it for future travels.
