The hotel is located a little outside of Durban. There are many restaurants and shops around the hotel but you will need a rental car anyhow to move around in the area.

The check in was really good and super friendly. The agent was interacting and did a great job. Everything was done exactly according procedure. He did some small talk throughout the entire process of check in.

The Hotel strictly adhered to all Marriott Bonvoy procedures and all benefits received automatically.

Check out was really good too.
Staff at frontdesk was always helpful and friendly.

The entire hotel has been renovated recently and you can see it everywhere. The Theme they have chosen is beach / surfing.
The Loft room we received was beautiful. It is held in blueish colours with lots of wood and many small and bigger surfing accessories. The room felt super comfy and the huge window was amazing.

The bar has a great atmosphere and super friendly a

nd efficient staff.
Furniture is not always adequate for a bar. Rocks as a table want work as you can't place a glass on them.
The snacks we tried for dinner were good and tasty.

Breakfast is served in the Restaurant on the first floor. It was simply amazing. The choice and quality of food is great. The presentation is done with love and the staff is top.
What we liked most, all egg dishes are prepared fresh for each guest, including scrambled eggs. The waiting staff does their job with passion and pride, they are super welcoming and friendly.

The pool is rather small but ok for a city property.

All in all a great stay at this hotel.
All the staff is simply amazing and does an outstanding job in providing excellent customer service.
The property is brand new and beautiful.
We were positively surprised and would fully recommend this property.
