The hotel is located on Park Lane close to the Hyde Park Corner underground station.
You can reach Oxford Street in about 20 minutes walking.

The check in was good. The Agent was friendly and interacted with the guests.

Check out was efficient and friendly.

The room I got was sort of a corner room on a high floor with a great view over London.
The room was ok in size as you can not expect big rooms in central london.
It's interior is classic, comfortable and cosy.
The atmosphere was good.
It seems the floor was renovated recently.

The bathroom looked new, it was nice and had a good light concept.
The shower would have been great as it is a rainforest shower. But..... They have a massive design error. The shower head is so big that you are standing in the bathtub and there is no shower partition. You simply can't shower without setting your bathroom under water.

Breakfast was really good and the choice and quality of food was great.
The staff at the breakfast service was a disaster. First day the waitress forgot twice to bring coffee and at the second day they were masters in ignoring customers..

The bar in the basement seems more a dungeon and has no atmosphere at all.
